Cutto Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Cutto app and service ("Cutto") provided by CampStudio. By using Cutto you agree to them. If you got Cutto from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies; from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

What Cutto does

Cutto edits your photos, videos and music into a video, using editing software and AI models (see the Privacy Policy). Results are generated automatically and can contain mistakes; review a video before you publish it.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and to the videos Cutto makes for you. You give us permission to store and process your content only to make, edit, deliver and share your videos as you request. Only upload content you have the right to use, including music and other people's images and voices.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cutto to make content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, harassment, hate, content that infringes others' rights, or deceptive content meant to impersonate real people. Do not attack, overload or reverse engineer the service, or create devices or accounts in bulk to collect free tokens. We may refuse or delete content and block devices that break these rules.

Tokens

Tokens are a virtual, non-transferable credit used inside Cutto for videos, edits and extras. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged or refunded, except where the law or the store's refund policy requires it. If a video or edit fails, the tokens for it are returned automatically. Free daily tokens and rewards for ads can change or end.

Subscriptions (Cutto Pro)

• Cutto Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and period are shown before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Any unused part of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Ads

The free version shows ads. Rewarded ads are optional and give the reward shown before you watch.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Cutto available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. Finished videos are kept for 7 days; save the ones you want to keep.

Liability

Cutto is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, CampStudio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost content or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Cutto after a change means you accept it. Questions: campstudio.net.
